Acceptable Use

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use policy sets out activities that are prohibited when using ASA Speech Pro. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the License Agreement.

2. Illegal activities

You may not use the service for any activity that is unlawful under applicable law, including the infringement of intellectual property rights or the processing of content you are not authorized to process.

3. Abuse of the service

You may not abuse the service, including by submitting content designed to harass, defame or harm others, or by generating content prohibited by applicable law.

4. Reverse engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models or protocols underlying the service.

5. Bypassing subscription limits

You may not attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with subscription limits, plan allowances, license enforcement, rate limits or metering.

6. Unauthorized automation

You may not scrape, crawl or use automated systems, bots or scripts to access the service in a manner that is not expressly authorized.

7. Malware and exploits

You may not upload, transmit or distribute malware, viruses, worms, trojans, exploits or any other malicious code, nor probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written consent.

8. Service disruption

You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the service or the data it contains, including through denial-of-service or resource-exhaustion attacks.

9. Account sharing

You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account.

10. Reselling access

You may not resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the service, in whole or in part.

11. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
