License Agreement

1. Subscription-based license
Subject to your acceptance of these terms and payment of the applicable subscription fees, ASA TECH YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us", "our") grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the ASA Speech Pro software for the duration of your active subscription.
2. Personal use
The license is granted to a single named account for personal or internal business use only. It may not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, merge, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display or create derivative works of the software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the software; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the software to build a competing product.
4. No license sharing
You may not share your account credentials, license or subscription with any third party. Each subscription authorizes use by a single account.
5. No resale
You may not resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit access to the software, in whole or in part.
6. Updates
During the term of your subscription we may deliver updates, upgrades and patches. These become part of the software and are subject to this Agreement.
7. Technical enforcement
We may implement technical measures to verify the status of your subscription, authenticate your account, meter usage against plan allowances and prevent unauthorized use, copying, sharing or tampering with the software. These measures are essential to the operation of the service.
8. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of ASA TECH YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED ŞİRKETİ and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
9. Term and termination
This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of your active subscription. It terminates automatically upon cancellation, non-payment or expiry of your subscription, and immediately in the event of a material breach by you. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease and you must stop using the software and remove all copies from your devices.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
