Subscription Terms

1. Monthly subscriptions
ASA Speech Pro is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Each plan grants access to a specific set of features and included monthly allowances, as described at checkout.
2. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
3. Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling only prevents future renewals — it does not end your current billing period, refund the current period, or immediately revoke access.
4. Access after cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features and any remaining monthly allowance until that date, after which the subscription simply expires and does not renew.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, access to paid features may be suspended until a valid payment method is provided.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any change will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing period after the notice period ends.
7. Feature changes
The features included in each plan may evolve over time. We may add, remove or modify features, provided that the overall value of your plan is not materially reduced during a paid billing period.
8. Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
9. Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or other taxes will be added at checkout where required.
