Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, creating an account or subscribing to ASA Speech Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. ASA Speech Pro is a product and trading name of ASA TECH YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us", "our").
1a. Providers not yet finalized
Our third-party payment and AI providers have not yet been finalized. These Terms therefore refer to "third-party payment providers" and "third-party AI providers" without naming any specific provider. These Terms will be updated once providers are selected.
2. The service
ASA Speech Pro is a subscription-based software-as-a-service application that provides AI-assisted speech-to-text, translation and related productivity features via a desktop client and a web dashboard.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to the service.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Monthly subscription and automatic renewal
The service is billed as a monthly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access to paid features remains active until that date.
7. Payments and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activities, share or resell your account, reverse engineer the software, circumvent subscription limits or license enforcement, use unauthorized automation, distribute malware, or interfere with the operation of the service. Additional detail is provided in the Acceptable Use section.
10. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in and to the software, the website, the underlying models we integrate and all related materials remain the exclusive property of ASA TECH YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED ŞİRKETİ and its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly set out in these Terms and the License Agreement.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, updates and third-party dependencies may cause temporary interruptions.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; see the AI Usage Disclaimer.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, network or infrastructure failures, or acts of third-party providers.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Alanya, Antalya shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, License Agreement, Subscription Terms, Cookie Policy, AI Usage Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings or communications on the same subject matter.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. No Waiver
Our failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver by us of any breach will operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
20. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
